Ball mill grinding application
Ball mill grinding mill is key machine to grind various of ores and gindable material into power. So it is widely used in the industry department such as mineral dressing chemaicak and building material.
How the ball mill grinfding mill work
This miller is horizontal, adopting edge driving, the cylinder rotates by operating of the gearwheel on the cylinder driven by pinion and speed reducer. When cylinder rotates, the grinder medium steel balls inside cylinder make arch movement. The falling steelballs crush and grinding the material, with the force of pulverizing and grinding among the material, the material was highly grinded. The discharging part is at the central of cyclinder end, the highly grinded material was discharged through the grid plate and spiral drum.

1. Rotary partwearable, replaceable scale board, cast steel hollow axis, running steadily.
2. Main bearingdouble row self aligning spherial roller bearing, reducing the work of cooling and lubricating.
3. Feeding part, wet type mill adopting high managanese steel casting.
4. Transmission decelator, transmission pinion, generator, electric control box.
